Took care of problem I had promptly and courteously. That's the way it should be.
*Side Note* They have metered parking at this building and it only takes Quarters and Credit Cards. Don't do what I did and lead off with 5 nickels.
Great customer service. Was able to get everything my business needed. With my situation being unique (I travel and operate in multiple states per year.), I had the lady who helped me not only get what it was that I was looking for, but, she called over a colleague of hers and they both double teamed me with suggestions on how to operate my business more efficiently. If anyone knows about operating business in multiple states, efficiency is worth more than Gold! This is why I give the "Nebraska Department of Revenue" 5 stars, because to me, they are worth more than their weight in Gold!
They love to keep your money that owe you but by gosh when you owe them money they will go lengths to make sure they get it from you they Sure don't like it when it's reversed..
