Co co keys was shutdown do to pH levels and when we asked for a day pass for another day we were told no so we were ripped off because it was a splash and stay package
The water was quite chilly, but if you can get past that it was fun! I have to admit, the room we had was very clean and relaxing. They have a common area that is beautiful! Also they have an arcade that was a lot of fun! I would go back for sure.
It's always a fun time bringing the kids here. There are some water slides, but they are not always open, so check posted times. The little kids area has some mini buckets that overfill, along with water jets in spots plus two waterslides. The main area has the 200 gallon overfill bucket, plus lots of activities for all ages. The back area has hot tubs for the grown ups (no one under 16) and a large net over the pool and basketball hoops for the bigger kids. The cafe has good food at a decent price, along with a bar out in the pool area for the adults. Cabanas are available for rent near the kids pool, starting around $100 and going up.
This place is terrible! In the winter it's freezing and the summer it's all uncomfortably hot. We went in the winter with our 2 year old and had to leave after 30 min because he was shaking uncontrollably and we were so cold as well. So we spent 60 on entrance and 11 for a locker and left after 30 min. The front desk gave passes to come back. We come back and they tell us they don't accept them! And were incredibly rude. Will absolutely not be coming back to this facilty! Horrible management and horrible experience.
Got there a little early so we checked in early and went to the water park while we waited for the room to be cleaned. Regular check in is supposed to be at 4 p.m... Went to the front desk at 4:30 and the room still was not clean. We were not the only people whose rooms were not clean. There were at least 3 or 4 other groups waiting for their rooms. Went to the front desk after looking around for a bit and asked for a timeframe of when the room would be ready. The front desk lady called someone on a cell phone and when they didn't answer she said "an hour." We canceled our room and will not go back. Needless to say, it was very unprofessional. If you want to go to the water park, would just pay to go there for the day and not expect to stay in the hotel unless you want to sleep in the hotel lobby while you wait for your room.
