Worst banking experience ever. They treat you like crap and say sorry in a tone similar to that of a child being forced to apologize for something they don't understand.

I've generally had good experiences with Centris, but this particular branch has unfortunately caused me a headache that merits a one star review. I lost my debit card, so I went in to withdraw cash and put in a request for a new debit card. I waited for a week before I went into this branch to withdraw more cash and check on the progress of my debit card order. It turned out the teller never actually put in my request for a new debit card. This means my lost debit card had never been deactivated, in addition to the fact that I was unable to pay my monthly bills. I then put in another request and made sure the address it was being sent to was correct as I had recently moved. The teller (a different one this time) said she was sorry and she would put a rush on the new debit card order. A week passed, and I called the Centris customer service line to check on the status of that order. It turned out that it was going to be sent to straight to the bank because "didn't have time to put in the address". I never got so much as a call about this change. Without a debit card I can only withdraw money while the lobby is open so I've spent three weeks having to make a trip to Centris every time I run out of the $50 I would withdraw, thinking my debit card would arrive any day. Needless to say, I still don't have my debit card. I would not recommend going to this branch for anything important.
