I have gotten take out from this restaurant for a few years and nothing is ever consistent. Sometimes I would get happy hour discounts and sometimes not. This last time I tried ordering the Bavarian pretzel sticks and the waitress said they weren't on the menu but when I got to there and had a chance to glance at the menu before picking up my food, there were the pretzels, plain as day in the appetizers section. Their waitresses obviously don't even know the menu! AND to add to that, when I got home, the peperoni rolls were made as if they had half of the ingredients from the buffalo chic rolls which I do NOT eat. Blue cheese is disgusting. So dissappointed.

My daughter and I went here to rat before a concert. When we arrived, they told us it was a 20-30 minute wait, which was fine as I could see how busy they were and it was a Saturday night. After 30 minutes I went to see how much longer before we got a table. The same hostess told me it would be 20-30 minutes. I let her know we had been waiting that long already on theist and that was what we had been told for our wait time to begin with. It turns out they extended the wait time and never announced it, so we ended up wasting 30 minutes for a seat we ended up not getting and splitting a $17 burger and fries at the concert. I was not impressed with they way they handled the crowd. If they would have let people know the wait was extended, we could have gone elsewhere to eat. I will go back, but that was not a good first experience.

I will say, the manager Shawn is wonderful with his customer service. He looked like he had a rough day and had been putting bandaids on stuff all day. Bless him. However, his wait staff needs some work.

Yummy food! Were there for lunch and they had a small pizza buffet full of delicious, fresh pizza. Our waitress was really friendly and quite attentive. This downtown location is cozy and I love simple decor on the inside.

Try their beer tours if you're up for a challenge.

Great beer selection. Lots of appetizer choices and awesome

Arrived there for lunch just before 12. Not very many patrons in the dining area. Took the waiter 15 minutes to recognize we were there. I ordered a personal pizza and my husband ordered a crispy chicken salad. 40 minutes later, the waiter had not been back to our table to refill our drinks and we did not have our food. When he finally did approach, he acknowledged there was an issue and that the manager would be right over. I was confused as to why the booth next to us had 2 different parties come and go and there was a large group of 9 that come in after us and they received all of their food and had not received even an acknowledgement that there was an issue until we were ready to leave.
