I love my experience at Platinum salon. I come here every two weeks and I'm able to contact the desk with no problems. Also, Aries the owner is very accommodating to mohair are needs. I won't go anywhere else.
Took months and months, and numerous calls to schedule an appointment. This salon entered my contact info wrong, and never got a call back to try to reschedule. Then I was informed that they cannot book more than one appointment at a time, so my friend and I could not do our manicure and pedicure together at all. When I finally go there alone, they did not book me correctly and one of the salon stylist had to perform the manicure. No cuticle trim done (left with hangnails), and no lotion was done for the spa service. The salt scrub was about a 10 second scrub and I had to wash by arms in a bathroom sink. The spa chairs were really artistic and comfortable, but they don't have the typical massage. No jets in the pedicure bowls either if you are expecting that. The pedicure tech. was very nice, and painted well...but overall the people were very nice, but this experience itself was not worth the money paid.
The only reason I am even giving this business a star is because i have to, to leave a rating. This is the most unprofessional, rude, garbage place i have ever been. Do not i repeat DO NOT go here.
