I have been going to Russel Speeder's for a long time since it is located right next to my work. When I went to the car wash yesterday I didn't have the most pleasant experience I've ever had due to a miscommunication issue with the coupon I used. However, my car came out extremely clean and the general manager was very responsive in communicating that the car was had upgraded it's options from "The Works" to "Protect and Shine", which included rain x and tire shine. In order to reflect these upgrades they changed the price and gave me the coupon rate of the new wash which I wasn't aware. I definitely recommend Russell Speeder's as they do care about the experience you have at their business.
Went through twice and it still had bugs on windshield and stuff on the body. Underbody wash didn't knock all the dirt off. Nice crew, but not going to bother with this place again.
Awesome wash, and free vacuums. What more could a car guy want for his CTS-V.

Staff is friendly. I like the cloth wash. Free vacume. Great service option to have car waxed by hand. But with the regular wash when I pay extra for the highest option, they very seldom get the bugs cleaned off the front of my car.
