VERY UNSATISFACTORY ,, uniform turnaround is slow and inconsistent.. change in size, change in uniform, sewing buttons, ..ALL are consistently taking over 3 months (20 Personnel in the department). repair bags not being lefty driver, old uniforms not being picked up.. account rep, drivers, customer service are no help... " ok, Ill take are of it" and....nothing
Terrible service - shop towels are soaked with grease, uniform shirts come back still dirty. Altered our contract - original had no term length but then they sent us one that said 48 months - then claimed we renewed for 2 more years. No one returns phone calls - have left 5 messages in 2 weeks with Sales rep and Sales manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
