Perhaps in the future, if you do not want to put 2 of the same style chairs together, you should put the correct price on the appropriate chair. Hence, the lower price on the manual chair. Then your salesperson could try and up-sell the electric chair for the more expensive price. Then there would be NO confusion what so ever. You implied that we were just trying to get the motion chair for the manual price. No.... just the price that was ATTACHED to the chair!! Do you really believe we would have loaded up the chair, bring it home, unload it, unpack it, then load it back up and drive back down to return it? Really??? Sticking to my previous review.

We recently purchased two couches from 7 Day Furniture and could not be happier! Great quality and great price! Customer service is awesome, Norma was super friendly and helpful. The owners even went as far to deliver over the holiday weekend for us. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Will definitely be back to get our dining room table from 7 Day!
Great service from everyone involved from the sales lady that helped us to the customer service reps that took our payment. We have been back twice for different items and the first batch has been delivered and the delivery guys were super friendly and got the job done quick! We love our living room set and the new bed is awesome! Will shop here again when the need arises, highly recommended! :)
Great customer service! I went in yesterday to place in order on two bedroom sets and two mattresses; I was helped by Nancy, and she was so sweet, patient, and helpful through the whole process of me and my brother finding a bedroom set that fit our styles. We later was helped by Chloe, and she was so pleasant through the transaction process. Everything went really smooth and quick. I really appreciate how amazing 7 Day Furniture customer service is. When i came to 7 Day, i was just looking around with no intention of buying anything. But i saw a beautiful living room set that i have to have. Met with a seller but they really didn't answer my financial questions. I did however met a wonderful lady named Emily. She carefully explained my options with payments. I asked so many questions and she always had an answer for them. Recommended this store to my friends and family! if you need help with payments , Ask for Emily!!
My husband and I purchased an electric recliner which had the price tag ATTACHED. to the chair. When we got home and unpacked the recliner we discovered it was a manual chair. We took it back to the store and the manager told us that the electric recliner was more expensive. We showed him the attached price tag and he then showed us a flyer that was sitting on a coffee table stating the more expensive price. We found this horribly deceptive!! Nothing more than a bait and switch. Not only did they lose a sale, they lost our business forever.
