Heard an odd grinding noise as I was going through the brand new (and insanely expensive compared to everyone else's) car wash. Assumed it was the gears but decided to check over the car as soon as I got out because it didn't seem like it had rinsed well at all. Somehow the guides caught my wheel cover & ripped it (didn't come completely off because it's the type that's under the lugs). How does that even happen?! $10 quick car wash just got a helluva lot more expensive. (And yes, I'm 100% sure it wasn't damaged or misaligned in any way before going in...I had just checked my tire pressure.)
Put my credit card in the pump and the pump wouldnt work. had to go inside for them to activate the pump. went back out to the pump and it wouldnt work. The cashier then tried to move the transaction to allow the pump to work. the pump then worked and the cashier gave two receipts for the same exact amount.$57.48 came out of my bank account! the cashier said it will take 24 hours for one of the amounts to be credited back. now why he did it this way i will never know, but many people don't have extra money like that just sitting in their account for your company to play with. I waited until monday morning and checked my account. it still has not been credited. I call the manager to ask about this and he tells me it will take 2-3 business days. I find this very upsetting as I dont have 2-3 business days for something that was malfunctioning on their pump. why it was charged twice is beyond me. the gas was only pumped once and after the problem. This store is very unorganized and numerous times I have gone in there for coffee it has been out along with the whipped cream dispenser and had to ask for them fill it. This store is not run very efficiently and needs to be addressed with more employees or new manager.
Convenient to my travels route. I liked the access to the extras like windshield cleaning and small choice of food available. Worked well for me.
