The automated door doesn't work so it was tough to go through it w crutches. When I went up to the deli on a slow day, no one offered to help even when someone at the register walked right along side me to get to her register, w nothing on her hands, seeing me struggle w the food I was trying to get to her register. Better customer service is definitely needed.
They never have any of their hot foods stocked. Every time I come in for carnitas, they're out.
The hot deli food is amazing. Always. I love this place. My only complaint is that today, the girl that served me must have thought I didn't know what to expect of what I was ordering, because she didn't add any sauces that are always served with what I ordered. I could see the surprise when I asked her, in broken Spanish "aren't you going to add the sauce?"... she immediately put the sauce on the chile relleno then. I was disappointed that I had to request it, when it always comes with it. I felt that it was intentional. I'll always return, because this place is my favorite Mexican store, but every customer should be appreciated and treated equally by the employees. I hope I am wrong....
Some times they dont have enough personel
Cashier needs to improve. We were 5 people waiting inline because she was to busy talking to the lady infront about a dr. That works wonders. Than takes more time writing down directions for her. That has nothing to do with cashiering. I understand if she wants to be helpful but she could of made the lady wait and attend to us that we were there buying food instead of making us wait.... When i told her i was in a hurry she said i had no humanity in me. Yes i do but if you are there to be a cashier you could of asked the lady you were talking to nicely to wait a little to attend to customers . la guera just lost my business never again will i go there
