Generally I like the store, but this is a review of their phone line service. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and got transferred from seven different people to find out that they didn't have Cedar Shake shingles. Someone wasn't picking up. I drove from 72nd and Dodge at Lowe's all the way up to the store before someone finally gave me the answer I was looking for and told me they didn't have them in stock. Just want decent customer phone service that's all I ask
This is my neighborhood go to place. If I have any questions though....I Google it. I've only met 1 person there that knew anything about the products that they were selling. You would think that they would at least train someone about the items in the department that they work in the most.
Ms. Robins Spencers who works in flooring is a true asset to HomeDepot. My arm is in a shoulder restraint She carried my items for me and made sure I had assistance with carry out and loading into my vehicle. She takes time to listen to your concern and is very knowledgeable of her job. I left with a smile, except for my pain. Lol.
For home repair items, it's a convenient location, but the store facilities and staff could be improved upon. Personally, I'd go to the Home Depot on West Maple for a better shopping experience. Now, if you're just running in to get a muffler for your lawnmower, no problem, but if you want knowledgeable staff or a cleaner location, go west young man.
Went to buy pickets for my privacy wood fence but all the pickets were molded so I returned them. That location is so ragady they put the molded pickets back on the shelves that same day. Be very careful when buying your materials there, the store nore staff care about you buying faulty material.
