Not a good experience never get a call back on any complaints never pick up dirty products and way over charged !!
Worst Company Ever! We have no contract with them and they continue to charge our credit card. Rugs were delivered dirty half the time and no follow up to get better ones. Pushy drivers who constantly try and sell you products. Stay far far away!!!
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I've been trying to cancel my contract with them because they aren't even good at the most basic customer service. Does not call back. Gives me products that do not fit in my dispensers. I usually do not write bad reviews but I'm hoping that in doing so, I can at least get someone to call me back.
Called for a quote. Put on hold for several minutes. Receptionist came back and said sales person would call me. No one ever called. So can't recommend.
