Said I would hear from an agent in 2-3 business days. Called back on day 4, said Tricia will be in touch with me ASAP. It's day 6 now and still no call back. I accepted another insurance quote form another company without seeing what Nia had to offer.
After posting my original review, I got a call back from the manager with a sincere apology and an investigation as to why my situation happened. I appreciated the call back and making sure my concern was heard. I believe now that they have dedicated customer service.
