I was committed by the Douglas County Board of Mental Health. James Martin Davis appealed to District Court and Judge Hamilton reversed the commitment. The reversal of a commitment was unheard of and can be attributed to his skill.

I was warned about James Martin Davis by a couple of Omaha attorneys. I hired Davis anyway and borrowed to pay his costly retainer. I should have listened to the people that warned me about him. Don't be fooled and sorry the rest of your life. I'm now warning You!
