This has got to be without a doubt the most corrupt department in the city I would rather deal with cops on a daily basis then deal with this sort of asininine incompetent group of people on this earth. Its either that or its the lund co subbed out to make it look governmental this Blackstone and no parking let's you know everything you need to know.
