Honestly.. food is very good here. I have been coming here for years. Two years ago it would get 4.5 stars however lately there is younger waiters and the service has gone down hill. They are always busy but don't expect great service from what I observed on the last 3 or 4 visits.
We have been to China Palace many times and have only had prompt, polite, and thorough service. The atmosphere is casual and everything seems clean and well kept. China Palace has the most authentic Beef Noodles in Omaha, but they are not on the menu. My wife and I lived in North China for many years; when we miss it, we go to China Palace. Keep up the good work!
One of busiest an fast bussines around! Orders are always right customers are always happy! Maybe that's why I deliver there food? Because I respresent some of the finest restaurants around town an China Palaces is that one of the finest restaurants you can eat at! An they have some of the wiaters an wiateresess too! So dinning in is very good they have live fish! An they have delivery too with Skip! An the food I deliver always smells so good! See as a driver I get free smells! Lol See you soon at China palace!
Owner did nothing about it saying they try their best

China Palace is a VERY good place everyone is so nice and patient. Well today i didn’t experience that the Owner was really rude and pushy to me. My total was $12.50 for Shrimp Fried rice with extra shrimp. I got my money out and she started hollering at me “YOU HAVE $10 You owe me $10 more” WELL how is that possible when my total is $12.50 and i gave you $10 and you see me digging for more change? I just thought she was very rude and made me and my family uncomfortable So i WILL NOT be returning there anymore. You would think since she’s the owner she would be a little bit more respectful.
