I have been going to this same facility on an off since 2004, staff is always professional and nice.
While it was packed with like 25 people in a probably 15 seat lobby it was great. They got to you as fast as they could and honestly it only took about 1 hour to get everything done
I COMFRONTED HER AND SHE WAS VEEY SUPRISED TO KNOW I HEARD ECERYTHING SHE SAID. RUDE PEOPLE WILL BE XONTAXT HR AND CORPRATE.
Everyone was very friendly and thorough and I did not have a long wait to be seen. Only suggestion would be to have something other than CNN on the tv as not all of us are Trump haters and it was agitating having to listen to their bias.

Between the employees not know how a dot physcial renewal is required through the state of nebraska and the DMV, THEN SPELLING MY LAST NAME IN CORRECTLY AND THEM GIVING ME A COPY OF MY LONG FORM AND IN NIT BEING AN OFFICIAL COPY WASTING MY TIME AT THE DMV AGAIN ID SAY THESE PEOPLE NEED T GET THERE HEADS OUT OF WHERE EVER IT IS. ALSO OVERHEARD THE GAL SAYIBG I WAS SMASHING THE STYLIST ON THEIR JUNKY APPLE TABLET.
