Very disappointed in the level of service I received when my neighbor Darryl Williams threatened my life & ran into my fence on August 4th. Officers Snethen & Wilhell refused to make police report when I called them out to my house to file a report. I had to call telephone report line in order to get report taken. Then I had to make a complaint against them with Sargent Garcia who came out to my house & after speaking with Darryl who refused to answer his questions or back his car up behind fence to help in investigation. Which I know Darryl hit the fence on purpose & that is why he can't take responsibility for doing it and why he refused to help Sargent with his questions, like normal honest grown men would do. However even the Sargent said Darryl is far from that. Sargent Garcia refused to do anything about fence and decides that I imagined Darryl running into my fence. I was standing right behind it and know what I saw. When did the police start playing Judge & Jury? Has now been a month & still have not heard back on what police are planning on doing about the threats. I am looking through my security camera videos & trying to find where it shows Darryl running into my fence since I have to prove the incident to police officers in order for them to do anything about it.

Wanted to ask a few questions about a potential crime. The officer I spoke to cut me off before I could explain the situation completely. They began to argue, and berate me for trying to finish my sentences. I guess there is a reason that police officers are portrayed so poorly. I know a complaint to their commanding officers won’t resualt in anything. The fat blue lie. So the only thing to do is make the issue public. For this reason I’m leaving this review. SGT. Had great service inside, but I would like to know where the closest handicapped parking is. We were told it was "right outside" but to our prevail we could not find them. It is ridiculous to expect an amputee (my father) to drive around aimlessly to try and find these parking spots only to end up having to walk a block to the station.

So - funny story - OPD came to my place of residence because of an apparent noise complaint at 6AM (I usually go in to work around that time) - the two officers were super pleasant, and I explained to them I honestly had no clue what had transpired as I was getting ready to get into work, and am usually up around this time - I actually apologized to them because them coming to my place of residence for a (false?) call was an apparent waste of their time and they had agreed. Anyways, never have had any problems with OPD and Bellevue Police Dep., and have made some good friends with both departments! Thanks for keeping Omaha safe OPD!

Williams family have also thrown poison in my yard trying to kill my dogs numerous times & police never do anything about that either. I have had to make around 40 police reports on Williams family for numerous incidents and police just brush all of it off and let's these idiots get away with everything. Maybe when the Williams family ends of killing me or one of my dogs or beating me to a pulp as they threaten to do, maybe then police might take some action.
