It's a pretty good place to work out and relax in a heated room or pool afterwards, but not the greatest for someone who sometimes needs to work out at odd hours. Everyone there is very nice and supportive. Slightly more expensive than a "normal" gym membership.

Very affordable, dry sauna, massage, nice indoor pool..members also receive discounts at the hotel's cafe and restaurants. I have really enjoyed this club over the years. Nice equipment and friendly staff. Certainly a great gym for anyone working or living downtown.
