So I brought my cat here almost 2 years ago to get neutered. I loved them I brought my kitten here this week to get neutered and I wasn't very happy. My kitten has anxiety and freaks out in the carrier so I brought him on a leash but brought the carrier for after he was sedated. As soon as I walked in, a nurse forced me to put him in a cage even though he was fine. He started freaking out as I told her he would but she wouldn't listed. She just kept telling me it'll be fine. He bit my finger to the point of blood. When we picked him up he had a huge gash on his nose from the carrier and the staff didn't care. They had a bunch of carriers stacked on each other and couldn't find him at first. They tried to say he had fleas but we use flea medicine every month and he is an indoor only cat. We JUST put flea medicine on him a few days before and they REAPPLIED without asking. That could make him sick! I was not happy with this last experience at all. I probably won't be coming back.
I really like this place. Super friendly staff. You can tell they really love their furry clients. Definitely would recommend!
Everything was wonderful until the thing that prescribes meds refused to give me the pills to calm my dog because I was short $5.00, even after a generous lady loaned me the money. I think whoever she is, she needs to re-evaluate her importance in this world. She obviously couldn't care less about the well being of the animals and uses her position to make up for inadequacies in her life. If her intentions were to humiliate me because I couldn't afford the medication, I say job well done. It takes a special kind of low life scumbag to do this kind of thing at the expence of an innocent animal. I will go out of my way to steer people away from this place, I will blast this on every social media channel I can
I have taken all of my pets here. Cheap prices, and they genuinely do care for others. Tiny space and limited parking, but honestly the service is pretty good. I recommend.
