So glad this piece of history was saved by someone willing to put in some work! Very interesting history, well cleaned and preserved by the current owner. We stopped by and got to look around and hear some history while on a tour hosted by the Durham Museum. Lots of neat artifacts and a photography gallery upstairs. Florence farmers market is hosted here during the summer from 10am-3pm. Nice little gem right off the interstate.

Home grown vegetables, pies, BBQ, soaps etc. Come down and see the historic Florence mill buy some yummy Garden stuff decent parking and not so big to make you wish you hadn't come. Living large

Love this Farmer's Market. It's like a small town in the city, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the variety of activities for kids and adults make it an experience like none other!
