I once loved Crane coffee...NOT Any more! I had a coupon that said if you buy five drinks you get your sixth one free... so I went five times, bought 5 coffees, paid full price. Then when I tried redeem my free coffee they wouldn't honor it...they said they don't do that anymore, my coupon had no expiration. So they gave me the corporate number Rachel… I called and left 4 voicemails in April, May, June and July and never once did Rachel call back. Terrible service, I will never go back and will tell friends!
