Still waiting on food for 15 minutes . Usually hit the drive thru here occasionally when out and about and food is usually delicious. First time ever dining in here and will NEVER return to this location. What a dump. No pride of ownership and extremely poor management. I would be embarrassed with my name on this building. Trash all over floor, tables disgusting, floors literally look like mopped maybe a week ago. No ketchup in the dispenser as well. Manager couldn't delegate work if his life depended on it and young employees telling him they don't want to do certain jobs and he just lets them do whatever. The kid who took our order was great and very courteous. Manager here has to go . What an awful experience.
Got the order right after only the 2nd try. Wrapper still on the cheese though. That was neat.
Really great service. They have a very multicultural staff, and everyone is super friendly. Never have had a messed up order at this location, and even though they're usually pretty busy, the food is out quickly in side and in drive through.
The place is absolutely disgusting. We walk in, and there is trash all over the place. When we sit down, we quickly realize that the chairs are covered with ketchup. When we mentioned this to staff, the staff got a bad attitude and ignored us. When a friend needed to use the bathroom, she found a feminine wrapper on the counter. The last person to use it was a member of staff.
