Needed major work done on electrical in an old house to meet code and more importantly, to be safe. Work was performed on a timely basis at expected cost. I was always called to know when they were on their way, and if there was going to be a major delay.
I called for service on my electrical connection to my air conditioning unit. Gatchell showed up when promised and in 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. While they didn't repair air conditioners, they were able to suggest a suspected defective part and I was able to have my air conditioner repaired in less than 20 minutes due to their efficiency and professionalism.
I had a big mess at my house and ended up with no power after hours. I had been told by other electricians that my panel was old and finding a replacement part was going to be costly and would take quite some time. Gary came over and not only got my power going again without any new parts, he also fixed some major issues I had outside. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.
