Workmanship is great but getting a bill is horrible. We receive bills 3 months after a job. Call the office to leave a message about this issue and no return phone call back.

We needed an outlet for our fountain installed this summer. My wife followed their recommendation to change the configuration of an existing outlet - we spent $150 and it worked for 2 weeks. We set an appointment for them to look at it and they never showed up and never called. My wife called to talk to the owner, who was arrogant and rude and said they would not come out again. He spent 10 minutes telling my wife how many degrees he had, which is funny as they could not manage to install a simple outdoor outlet that works.
Had to replace entire system, upgrade to 200 amp and rewire basement. All work was professionally done, workers were polite and friendly. They even recommended changes to my original plans to make things work more efficiently. They completed the work quickly and restored power the same day. They used Square D products and completed the work on budget. Overall very happy, it was money well spent.
Signature Electric did a lot of electrical repairs/updates to my house in a short time for a reasonable price. They even found a contractor to install a roof vent for the bathroom fan they installed for me. They communicated the process well and were professional.
My wife accidentally called D&J instead of our normal electrician. We used them for about 2 years and spent hundreds of dollars replacing bad outlets around our pool, etc. I was busy and not paying attention, but in reviewing our bills we spent a lot of money replacing the same outlets over and over again during the 2 years we used them.
What a mistake - don't worry, you will never hear from us again.
