I did went to Capstone to seek help and make an appoitment. I did encounter a young female, siting inside '' front desk office '' behind a big window. She was typing something, saw me and was completly ignoring me. Another woman was talking to two people in the hall, I did told her that at '' front desk window '' female is ignoring me. I was there about 10 minutes. '' Suddenly '' miss Ignorant come out her ''front desk office and denial all, another woman was Elizabeth Morell and she talkto me in her office for a while. But,after I come back later that day with filed form and gave it to '' blind and def female at font desk'' nobody call me back,since. I did call a liar that female from front desk, that's what she is plus crook and abusive freak. That's not the way to treat people,especially at Behaviral Health place. That's mental and verbal abuse, all backword......... Insane !!! I can see here that, they have a abuse history. Great, it's like Adolf Hitler Jr is a boss at Capstone ?? !!!!!! Thanks a lot Comrades Nazi Abusive psychopats.You should and need to be move to Lincoln Regional !!!!!! PERMANENTLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had one appointment. Have made several attempts to schedule another, leaving several voicemails with no return call. Clearly not invested in my mental health.
I have never been to a place like Capstone before, so I have nothing to compare it too. I have Tabitha as my therapist and she is great.
3 children and two adults, two separate families testified to the Legislature on the rampant brutal abuse therapist Deb Raach of Capstone Behavioral Health committed against children and families in Nebraska. Not only did the therapist ignore the abuse of foster parents against small children she also participated in it by throwing a 5 year old girl against the wall for hugging her mom. This happened in the full view of patients awaiting appointment after injuring the small child the therapist physically attacked the mother. This rotten Nazi therapist continues to be gainfully employed by this agency, with full knowledge of what she has done to other families. If you are sentenced to go to this awful agency, RUN!!! They WILL harm adults and children without consequences. If there was a negative star rating I could give they would top the list.
Very expensive and no help at all. They refered me to someplace else then sent me a bill. $$$
