If only the receptions knew how to do their damn job and not be so damm rude!! Talking about I'm sorry I'm not the one who did your paperwork last time
This place is really nice and the whole process was enjoyable. It's a new building and the staff was friendly. I've been to other urgent Care places and they were always sort of outdated. This place is modern and well layed out.
I'd love to give zero stars. They gave me a script for my ear that is $218. The pharmacist and I have been trying to get a hold of a live person, or even someone to respond to the pharmacy's fax, for 5 hours now. We're trying to see if there is a lower cost option for my extremely painful ear infection. The receptionist basically said they don't have time for me. I KNOW it's not that difficult to send over a different prescription. The manager isn't even available. This is unacceptable patient care.
I recently saw Dr. Shibu Oomenn. His approach to the examination was extremely sensitive and respectful, stating what he was going to do and asking permission and before doing it. The front staff got me into see the doctor quickly and the pharmacy promptly filled my prescriptions, all the while helping me to manage my children! I have been to this office several times for myself and once for my son. All very positive experiences.
Horrible service just to try to get a physical. Would not fill out paperwork, had do it myself. Would not see us although we've been seen muliple times, due to an old fracture from years ago. All just for a physical! Mable Sanchez was rude. Hour wait with no one in the waiting room. Rediculous!
