Very unprofessional company not at all impressed with them!!
Interviewed, was told about benefits, pay, I signed papers and was told that I would train as soon as my (squeaky clean, not even a speeding ticket) back ground check came back in approx. 1-2 weeks. They even said “see you soon” before I left. I WAITED 3 weeks, checked in with omni every week to see how everything was going. With no explanation got a generic letter in the mail saying they hired another candidate. I have interviewed and been hired many other times and I have NEVER had a company treat me like this before. If they treat well qualified prospective employees this way I can not imagine how they treat their customers and clients. I called and left a polite and nice message about wanting to know an explanation for their decision and I was never called back. A week after this call I received a personlized email from them asking me to come into an employment health screening (they gave me instructions a time and directions). I had to bring it to there attention that they sent me a letter stating they hired someone else. Then I got a quick email back saying to disregard all prior emails. This is not how companies should run business, especially with good hearted people that only want to help children in the end. My husband is a doctor and I have extensive education including receiving my Masters degree spring 2018. The way this situation was handled was very disrespectful to me and my family. Time is precious, don’t waste it with this company.
