Went in and loaded clothes In a machine, when the cycle was over clothes were still soaking wet with detergent all over them. Employee reset the machine, and it did the same thing. Employee then told me it was because I overloaded the machine. Why did he reset an overloaded machine. He saw the load. I was then left with the option of leaving with soaking wet clothes, or I could pay $3 for another machine, plus $2 more dollars for more detergent. Needless to say California Street laundry lost a 2 year $20 a week customer.
