If you visit the zoo frequently you don't get much variety in the shows that they offer. But it is a nice experience for the ones they do have. I like the one in Des Moines Science Center of Iowa better, but that's mainly due to seeing shows that aren't presented here and the pre-show demo is very cool there.
We go to the zoo consistently through the year and we just went to the imax for the first time, it was awesome☺

I loved the zoo! They have so many amazing animals and many attractions for all to enjoy! If you are planning on going to Omaha then this is a great place to visit!
This sunmer I've been taking my nephews every other weekend. We love the zoo here! There's never a dull moment. The food is a bit pricey but we can bring a backpack of snacks and I've seen others with a cooler. We love animals and the zoo is huge. Lot's to do.
