I parked in using the pay and display lot downtown. Unfortunately the receipt on my dash board some how fell off the dash and onto the console of my vehicle, probably when I shut the door. I received a $63 ticket and sent the ticket, my receipt and a letter to the dispute center to have the ticket retracted. I just received a letter back indicating I had potentially participated in fraudulant activities, such as "sharing" or purchashing a receipt from another parker. If I don't pay within 10 days, my vehicle will be towed or immobilized. Hmmmm... I suppose it happens, but as an honest person, what a slap in the face.
