Can you leave NO stars or negative stars? B/c that's what this location deserves. I live down the street and have tried using this location for a couple months (versus Walmart out west), but tonight was the final straw. Aside from the fact that the store is disgusting inside and smells like mold, and aside the fact that their prescriptions are more expensive than other pharmacies (i.e. Walmart, even though they're not exclusively a pharmacy), their "customer service" leaves much to be desired. Every time I've been in there, I've had to wait for several minutes, usually 5min or more, even though I'm the ONLY customer in the store. I can see multiple people behind the counter, none look busy, but all ignore the customer, not even a courtesy "we'll be right there". When they finally do saunter up, they are less than enthused about helping anyone, and are downright rude. Everytime I've been there, I've been made to feel like a burden. I don't know about other Kohll's locations, but I do know I will NEVER go back to this one. I am tired of dealing with the horribly rude and unhelpful staff. I would rather drive 20 miles out of my way than put up with any of those "better-than-thou" personalities any longer.
They were extremely helpful helping me find what I needed. They stayed open past their regular hours to assist me. Thanks again!
