The service tech, Allan, was very professional and knowledgeable. Allan finished a lot of projects in a single day. I felt he provided very sage advice about issues and repairs. The Burton customer service team kept me informed regarding appointment times and changes. I will definitely call Burton and Allan again.

Very expressive! Charged me $7100 for a new sewer line. Had it in in 1 day, maybe a couple hundred bucks in parts. So that's like $860 an hour. Then they left my driveway a muddy mess for my Xmas guests to walk through and track into my house. Oh, but they were very friendly
I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday evening. Burton responded promptly by sending Cody to the house immediately to temporarily alleviate the issue. I was asked to meet with the Quality Control Manager the next week to further asses the situation. After scoping the line we identified what appeared to be a root growth that needed to be removed. I was then given a list of 3-4 options for them to repair the portion of the line that caused the backup, prices ranged from $6,300 to $4,400. I first asked that they run the 2 1/2" blade down the line, which had already been paid for, furthermore I asked if we could scope the line again after completion of the clean out to ensure the above mentioned options were necessary. After the final scope it was found that the line was essentially 95-100% cleared and I opted to decline the additional repair options. I was taken aback when the Quality Control Manager in a last ditch effort offered to complete the repair for $2,500 as he was leaving. This is an investment property of mine and I fear that the issue at hand may have not been handled properly had I not pushed them to complete the originally agreed upon clean out.
