worst personal experience I've ever had! my dealings with Mr Hilliard were very clear from the beginning, the most stressed was scheduling, craftsmanship and a cleanliness. I asked many time's about when id have a start date, all I needed was a rough date within a week, well... I get a call the day before they were to start, I was on vacation and a week later when I return I inspected the work and had to have them come back to fix obvious unsatisfactory work. I ask again for a schedule on when the gutters and metal work would start, a few days later the crew shows up on a Saturday afternoon asking me to move cars so they could get started. I sent them away because I had family and friends over for the game. when they did return and begin work, the end of the first day they left a mess that I had to clean up, trash, cigarette butts, metal clippings and glass all over the street. I asked Mr Hilliard to please make sure they picked up their mess only to come home from dinner with my wife to find a truck load of trash in the yard being blown around by the wind at 7pm that evening! Mr Hillard said that a recycling guy was supposed to come by and clean it up, no one ever showed up, my wife sat there until after 8:30pm, so I was stuck cleaning it up and getting rid of it.. all I can say is I will never recommend them to anyone, I work in the industry and if any of my men or subcontractors performed like these guys they'd be out of a job! only reason I give two stars is because I believe the roofers did an overall good job but lacked supervision. see for yourself...
