Old fashioned honest service. Our AC broke on our way from Denver to Iowa and Buchanan squeezed us in on a busy day and quickly fixed our problem for a very fair price. Thanks to Steve, Kyle and the gang. I highly recommend this service center. Thanks!!!!
Husband called for help with a tire andvwas told they were behind on tires and was hung up on. RUDE!!
I got a flat tire in south Omaha about 8pm. When the tow truck came, I asked if he knew where I could get the tire replaced so late at night (now 10pm) and he had me call Buchanan's on 50th. Sure enough, I had the car towed to the gas station and within a 1/2 hour, they had me back on the road with a new tire.
Carl, the service manager is one of my favorite people. He tells it like it is, inspires his service people to be prompt and does not over-charge for parts you don't need. I have been going there with my old, beat up Buick for years and it is still running because of the good folks who work there. I am thankful that such a great shop exists so close to my house!
Always helpful and fair. They go out of their way for customer service. Once came to jump start my car prior to replacing the battery. The work is guaranteed. The work is typically done quickly, usually same day. I will never go anywhere else.
