Really good communication about the car I had to drop off after low-speed rear-end accident. It did take a while to fix, so I had to rent a car, but they kept me in the loop about it at all times and even let me leave the rental car at their lot, which was good because I had no one else to drive me around and didn't feel like riding buses just to get the car back to the rental place.
Customer service was great here. They were honest with the estimating process giving me options. Once I made my decision to go with them, they handled all of the details with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about a thing. My repair was made in a timely manner and when I got my vehicle back, they washed and vacuumed it! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!
I recently had a wonderful experience at InterTech on 56th and Center. I have an older Volkswagen beetle (1998) and needed the driver side door replaced due to rust. The InterTech team was honest, reliable and exceeded my expectations. They serviced my vehicle in a shorter time than they originally estimated and even washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out.
