I must have accidentally left my back passenger window open when I dropped my car off. This was of course the week Omaha received over 4 in. of rain. When I got back on Fri night there was plastic on my window. My car was totally dry on the inside. Some staff must have seen the open window, knew the forecast was calling for lots of rain and covered my window. I am so VERY grateful for this wonderful customer service. I will always use your service. Thanks for going above and beyond.
Waaay better than the airport parking. I switched to park'n go after standing in the cold watching all of the shuttle buses go by except for the airport parking shuttle I needed. There were literally two park'n go shuttles for every airport parking shuttle (that wasn't for employees only.) Plus the attendants are super friendly. A little more expensive, but worth it.
