No way to leave 0 stars, this is a scam, they run up the ticket amount by sending a bill 4 months after the supposed violation. I called them and when I said I didn't receive notice of any violation they said oh, its paid. Must be some law in Nebraska against them scamming people...
Downloaded the app, paid for parking, still got a ticket. Now had to call the department after hours to dispute an already paid for parking, well that didn't work so now I have to dispute claims for over $55 of supposed unpaid parking. Needless to say, scam and unless you are willing to spend hours of your days trying to fight a ticket they could easily look up in your history, don't park here. So now I have to prove that I did pay for it, risk a ding on my credit, or pay for both parking AND a fee. Talk about a slimy business model...
I am sure you were expecting a 5 star rating, but get real. I understand I parked in your lot, but I am not a downtown person, I did not see signs at the entrance I came into . What a bunch of horse bull....
