The back of the receipt offers a free meal. I went to redeem this meal on fortunately they gave me a big bucket of chicken. Upon returning they apologize for the mistake and gave me the order I placed in addition with the wrong mail I kept. Manager still delivered good service
This type of service isn't exclusive to this location. I used to frequent the 90th and Maple location and the service there is terrible too. I literally cannot remeber ONE time I went there when they got my order right. They are always forgetting butter, ketchup, and dipping sauces.
I went in a little over a week ago and ordered the $5 combo with popcorn chicken. I asked to substitute potato wedges for the mashed potatoes. I get home to find that I had no dipping sauce for my chicken, no butter for my biscuit, and mashed potatoes instead of wedges.
I talked to the manager on the phone and he acknowledged the mistake and offered a freebie to replace it. I went in 2 days later to get my meal, and they do the EXACT SAME THING ONLY WORSE. They give me mashed potatoes again instead of potato wedges. And this time I asked for butter for my biscuit. They gave me butter, but there was NO BISCUIT to put the butter on.
Most KFC'S in Omaha are terrible but this one takes the cake. They service one customer at a time so they report great metrics to corporate. Last time I was there I saw other customers walk out as the service just to take the order was so slow.
Service a little slow, but friendly. Out of pot pies. Reasonably clean. KFC doesn't seem the same as it was a number of years ago.
I am done with KFC. I will not eat there again unless it is an EMERGENCY, like the only choice within a 45 mile drive. Other than that, I am done. There food isn't bad, but the service is amongst the worst in the fast food industry...
We love going to this location., and eating in. The night time front counter lady is amazing. Everytime we go in she is a delight on customer service and makes this location unique.
