Other than the $$$ price of the over cooked food and drinks there the place is awesome! We go back several times a year and keep going back for more! The bathrooms are top notch and typically always clean and the new kids Adventure area has this awesome Kid care area for families and nursing moms too! Bring your own food and drinks with you, it will save you tons.
Visited several Zoos, and this one truly is world class. Definitely a must see.
OMG I went during the winter and had a blast, almost every animal came right up to the cage and visited with me I have the photos to prove it, the staff was super hospitable and insightful
The Henry Doorly Zoo will never get old! In recent years they have updated and added new exhibits that have only increased the quality of the zoo. I️ have a great experience with all of my visits and was even lucky enough to catch the elephants training in their new exhibit once!
I'm truly blessed to have Omaha my home because of this great Zoo. Been coming here all my life, and it never disappoints.
The zoo is a showcase of Omaha, no doubt, although in winter time not many animal activities are going on. The gorillas could be very aggressive in side the glass cage. I love to see them!
