Usually have everything in stock that i need and the employees are very friendly. Also love to browse the toys that are reduced for clearance, always find some fun stuff for my Kit Kats!
Prices are a little high did not have what I wanted racks were unorganized from people picking and not putting things back not happy with my experience did not have what I needed
Would give no stars if possible, just bought a guinea pig for my 8 yr old daughter and 2 days later he is having diarrhea, i call the store and ask about the 14 day satisfaction guarantee and no one can communicate clear enough as to what it means. Clearly on the back of the sales slip it says they will treat the sick animal. well now they are telling me that is no longer valid according to their rules. And the 2 ppl i spoke to were so rude and disrespectful they should not be working in customer service. I will definitely take further action due to the way they communicated over the phone with no respect whatsoever!
Went there recently with my dog. We had just walked in, maybe 3 shelves in, and an employee came up to me and said she saw my dog pee all over the floor and on some plastic stockings. I was surprised because we had been out at the dog park for a while and I didnt think he would need to pee. I also felt like I would have noticed. In any event, I started cleaning it up and it was ice cold! Clearly the pee had been there for a while. It's like she lied because she didnt want to have to clean it up! I called to complain and was told the district manager would return my call, but that has not happened. As a side note - their dog clothing section is very small!
