Wonderful job. I called and got a quick response. They were friendly, professional, and completed my move very fast; even though they were only moving items off a truck for me, my wishes were fulfilled.
These guys are the best! They truly care about your belongings and the customer service they provided was flawless. I spoke to Scott on a few occasions, he even called to verify the move and what needed to be done. They are more than reasonable with their pricing. I referred my family to them after my experience and I would recommend calling them before any of the other companies in the metro area. They WILL earn your business, I have been in business management for over 10 years. Get it done right the first time and affordable. I will be using them again to move into our new home and I urge you, no matter if the move is large or small . . . Make it Swift!
They said exceptional service and incredible value and that's what we got. The job was estimated at 4 hours and the crew completed it in about 3. Justin and Jano were incredible. They were responsive to our requests and nothing had a scratch on it when it was all done. We're going to be moving again in about two months and we will be calling Swift Move again. Thank you guys for making our move stress free.
I have no idea what happened... I have been moved previously by Scott's people, and it went well. Perfectly, actually. I called Scott this morning 20 minutes before my scheduled move to clarify the start time and meeting location - he didn't answer. No problem, I left a message. Once 9:30, half an hour past the scheduled time came, I got concerned. I ended up calling Scott a total of four times and leaving messages each time with my callback number and address before I gave up an hour and a half after the scheduled time. He simply never called me back and never showed up. Now, 4 hours past the planned move, I have yet to hear back from Scott and have thankfully Two Men and a Truck can come tomorrow morning. This is a clear example of how your mileage may vary when it comes to Swift Move. There are other reviewers with similar experiences, and the owner simply "refuses to dignify this with a response". If Scott decides to try and make this right, I will update my reviews appropriately. A lesson to plan for the worst, and hope for the best.

We ended up in a very tight bind and needed help moving day of switching apartments. Made one call and Scott got right on it and honored his word for day of help. The guys that showed up were hard working and honest! They took great care of all of our stuff and were very patient with moving things up and down 3 flights of stairs twice. These guys are awesome and will definitely be using them again in the future!!! If there were 10 stars they'd get them all!
