It's an office building that's kind of old and it shows it. The elevators can get stuck and the stairwells are filled with stale, hot air... oh and lonely concrete with florescent lighting on pale yellow walls. The windows are depressingly small unless you are on 15th floor. Top floor has the best views. There's a mediocre steak house and a good Starbucks in the lobby of the building. The outside entryway always smells like hot garbage though.
Its basically a work suite. Set of offices with a cafe and steakhouse on the lower level.
Great place to unwind during lunch. Great place for a short walk to escape from the office.
Liked the plaza, I liked downtown Omaha, but just south of downtown next to the highway is absolutely freaky, meth, meth, meth...
The have neat slides at one end and the other is were all the bums hang out.
