My taxi driver who was old and asian was really judgmental and couldn't drive. She made me feel uncomfortable asking me all those personal questions. She couldn't mind her own business. Other than that the other drivers i had were good, and took me to the destination without trouble and didn't judge.
Their drivers are reckless and don't know how to drive. Car #587 cut me off along with several people, while going over the speed limit on 10-10-17 around 1PM.
The one word I have to describe it is horrible. Took them over 40 min to get to me when they had told me they would be here in 10 min, 20 tops. They didn't give me the drivers name or tell me what his car would look like, which means I could have easily gotten into a different car. That is a HUGE risk.Their prices are almost double that of Uber's. And after everything, they still have the nerve to ask for a tip. Don't waste your time with these people, and just call an Uber.
Happy cab in front of me sat and would not turn onto dodge ... he finally turned and then sped up and slowed down ... he had no headlights on during a snowstorm at night ... pretty sad and pathtic ... dangerous ... very dangerous
Would love to give 0 stars. Strictly based off of the fact that they charge you $4 a mile. Buses are $.50, and an uber is $2. 14 dollars to go down the street. Ruined my entire week. I gave no tip for a pretty obvious reason. That was $.30 in gas and $2 in labor for all of their hard work....charged me for 7x profit. Inhumane.
