I've eaten here probably a dozen times, usually lunch delivery, and the food has been spectacular each time.
They didn't offer a discount, waive the delivery fee, or even give a coupon for future orders.
Today however, it took 1 HOUR and 10 MINUTES to receive our order. Our office is 1.5 miles from the store so it's not like they delivered cross-town.
The pizza is thin crust, generous in size, and quite tasty. The sandwiches seemed quite average. There is a good selection of salads, soups , chips, pickles and drinks.
After 40 minutes I called back and they told me they're 2 drivers down and when one gets back our order is next. Seems this would have been proper customer service to tell me this when I placed my order...could have driven there and back including parking and walking by that time.
I eat there at least once a month and the food is consistently outstanding! The staff is friendly in the way that makes me feel like they enjoy their job. Great place!
Not the biggest sandwiches but are tasty. Thin crust pizza's are also quite good, as are the salads. Great spot for lunch that also delivers.
Our group of 5 stopped in for dinner. We had a mix of sandwiches and pizzas. One person in our party didn't like their sandwich (this happens sonetimes, anywhere you go).
Food = 5 stars
Have had a some time issues with deliveries but have been compensated.
Service = 0 stars
I'll go again sometimes, but probably not on a regular basis. Give it a try, definitely a 4 star so you aren't wasting your time.
Sadly I'll probably eat here again, but BE FOREWARNED a delivery could take an hour!!
Staff is FAST and FRIENDLY and the food is Good!!! Yeah the sandwiches are small, so what. What do you expect. This is the world we live in. Paying $8 for sandwiches that we could make at home. But we don't want to make them at home. We want it made FOR us. by FRIENDLY employees, boy are they friendly. They say hello before you even walk in the door. Thank you Pickle Man
