Went here for a nice dinner with friends. The food was very good with lots of flavor. They were out of quite a few dishes that night that we really wanted to try. What we did have was great especially cheesy French fries appetizer, it was amazing. I had the hamburger which was fantastic (I know it's a Ramen place but the burger really looked good). We will have to go back and try the dishes they were out of to potentially change my rating.
Originally I had posted a negative review but I took it down as a manager contacted me and assured me he would investigate and then get back to me in regards to what had happened during the night of our visit. Nonetheless they never got back to me, which really doesn't surprise me considering their poor service.
This place is a restaurant by day and then a fun lounge place/club by night. A very upbeat place to come late hours after 10pm on weekends. Very diverse in culture that's brought to the night scene. Ask management for details. They are very friendly and the place keeps really good vibes.
Been here twice and I never had I good experience. First time I went it was during a pop-up event and it took us over an hour to get our food. Service was so terrible as we had to refill our own drinks. Decided to give them a second chance since the first visit was a pop-up event. We arrived at roughly 6pm and there were maybe 4 tables and 2 servers that night. We ordered 3 bowls of Ramen and 1hr later there still wasn't any food on our tables. Instead of letting us know about the food status or server decided to have a long meaningless conversation with the table next to us instead. We ended up leaving money on the table and walked out. Mind you that I've never walked out from a restaurant before, my parents are restaurant owners so they've taught me about etiquette.
The worst service i have ever had. EVER!!!! IT took 20 minutes for menus and water. 30 minutes later we still didn't get our appetizer or our bottle of wine. So my girlfriend and I left And will never be back. When it first opened it was fun and service was great. Now you have to be a hipster and you're at the mercy of wether or not your sever wants to do their job and if they can remember your order. I would rank zero stars if possible. I will pay people to not go there.
We had been wanting to try this place every since it opened. I lived in Japan for many years, and often crave ramen and other dishes. We have little kids, though, and didn't feel it was appropriate to bring them during busy times. We got lucky this Saturday when we were downtown and hungry at around 1pm. We went with another couple and their two children. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful. He never made us feel out of place for being there with kids. The food was outstanding! I have not had anything comparable since being home. The broth was so rich and fat, which is exactly what it should be. Everyone was happy with their food. We had a great experience, and couldn't be happier. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
